OFFICIAL RULES – Oaksip $500 Father’s Day Video Sweepstakes
Sponsor The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Oaksip Inc located at 664 Oakwood Circle, Lexington NC 27295.
Eligibility Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes begins on June 3rd, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 22nd, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
How to Enter To enter: 1. Record a video of your father (or father figure) opening an Oaksip product. 2. Upload your video through the official Oaksip submission form here
Limit three entries per person. Video must be original and may not contain copyrighted music, logos, or offensive content.
Prizes One (1) winner will receive a $500 USD prize, delivered via PayPal or Amazon Gift Card. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about June 23rd. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days of selection. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Rights Granted by Entrants By submitting a video, you grant Oaksip Inc a royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the video, in whole or in part, for marketing and promotional purposes on social media, advertising, and any other marketing channels.
General Conditions Oaksip Inc reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest. Oaksip also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process.
Limitation of Liability By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Oaksip Inc, its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
